You are welcome to return anything that was ordered from plainandsimple.com, both new and old items. For new item(s) we accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. All new returned items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include any original packaging with tags attached. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you, recycled or composted.

To reduce paper waste, return labels are provided electronically.

After your returned item(s) have been received, it takes 7-14 days for your return to be processed by our warehouse team and for your refund or store credit to be issued.

Your refund will be issued to the same method you used to pay.

Your store credit will be issued as a gift card.

A £3.95 tracked return shipping fee applies to all online returns.

This fee is deducted from your refund and partly covers the cost of return shipping.

The returns fee is waived when you choose to return for store credit.

Please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order online.

Please note that if you purchase a bundle pack and decide to return part of your order, you will lose your bundle pack discount on the item(s) you keep, and the total amount per item will be amended accordingly to either a lower pack bundle discount or to a single product price.

To maintain fair prices for all customers, if your original order qualified for free shipping and you return part of it, causing the remaining order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the standard delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

There is no time limit for sending back your worn-out item(s) to be recycled or composted; we will take them back anytime.

If you are returning a worn-out item to be recycled, we kindly ask you to wash your item(s) one last time before sending (as people handle them at our warehouse).

To send them back, kindly follow the return steps below and ensure that you select 'Recycle' for your return reason so we can reward you with 15% off your next order.

Let us know as soon as your worn-out items have been sent, and we will issue you with your discount code. If you do not let us know, we will send your discount code as soon as your item(s) arrive back at our warehouse.

Making a return is easy and can be done via our Plainandsimple return portal. Please follow our steps below to make a return.

1. Login into our returns portal with your order number and email address or postcode.

2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the return reason. Our portal will assign the best available carrier for your return.

3. Choose your return method and proceed to downloading your return QR code label.

4. Drop your package off at your nearest postage point.

5. Your package will be forwarded to our main warehouse where it will be processed within 7-14 business days after arrival.

6. Non-EU countries only: remember to bring your invoice to declare the value of the Item(s) you are returning. Plainandsimple is not responsible for incorrect mailing or excess fees.
